If you receive a damaged item, we’re here to help.

You may request a full refund for any damaged merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase.

Once we receive the returned item and verify the damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
